| Cleo Francois Laurent was born and raised in Paris, France by her mother, Amelie Laurent, who is a fashion designer and owns her own boutique that helped her raise Cleo on her own. At the age of six, her love for fashion and photography grew when she started helping around her mother’s boutique, taking pictures and wearing the clothes for fun. |
| During her high school years, she started drawing landscapes and buildings that she sees in the city. Visiting her grandmother in Marseille, Cleo decided to draw her ancestral house and that, she decided that she wanted to take Architecture as her course in college. |
| In 2020, Cleo decided to move to Manila, Philippines to continue her studies. She decided to own a condo near her school and that is when she met her cat, Kalcifer. Kalcifer was a kitten when Cleo adopted him, she saw him outside of her condo the very day she was moving into her new home. She didn’t mind him at first thinking that the mother might have left to find food but to her surprise, the kitten followed her up to her unit. That is when she decided to take Kalcifer in to stay with her. |
| Cleo is now a 4th year Architecture student in the University of Santo Tomas. She used to be the Head Photo Journalist of her university’s publication after one of her professors saw her photographs of sceneries and buildings. Now, as a 4th year student, Cleo is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the publication team. Despite being a very busy student, Cleo is also a freelance model on her free time. The busy streets of Manila sparked her interest in photography even more, that is why whenever she finds the time to explore, she takes photos and films of her adventures. |
